Khalid Al-Mutawa
Chairman of the Board
With over 30 years of experience in Real Estate, Khalid Al-Mutawa has established himself as a leader in the development and management of real estate projects.
Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered outstanding services and distinguished projects as a result of his dedication and expertise.
Rasha Al-Mutawa
Executive Director
She was born in Kuwait and pursued her studies in the UAE, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Project Management. She also has a degree in Public Administration from Texas University.
With her diverse background, she has various work experiences, but her passion for real estate and creating unique spaces drew her to work and excel in the field.
Tasneem Al-Mutawa
Head of Sales and Marketing
Studied law at King’s College London and Entrepreneurship at Cass Business School in London and has a passion for real estate and innovation. With her creative mindset, she appreciates beauty in everything around her, especially when it comes to large-scale projects.
She has worked for IH since 2017 and is always ahead of the curve, keeping abreast of the latest developments in real estate.
She derives immense satisfaction in meeting new clients, getting to know their needs, and exceeding their expectations with her creative solutions.
